1. Purpose and service provider

These Terms govern Gloopals and related support services provided by 주식회사 루퍼스 (LOOPERSE, “the Company”), and the rights and duties of the Company and players. Support is available at loopersehelp@gmail.com.

2. Reviewing and changing the Terms

The Terms are made available before you use the game and are accepted through an explicit action. Accepting the Terms or reviewing the Privacy Policy does not authorize every kind of processing requiring separate consent, including advertising and marketing.

The Company may change the Terms within applicable law, announcing the changes and effective date in advance. Material changes follow legally required notice and consent procedures. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request deletion. Silence is not treated as consent where valid consent is legally required.

3. Accounts and devices

Gloopals may use an anonymous account identifier for server features. Game records may be linked and stored on servers even without registering an email or password. Changing devices, clearing app storage or uninstalling may prevent recovery of the account connection and some progress. Cross-device synchronization or account recovery not implemented in the game is not guaranteed.

Keep your device and access information secure. Do not take over another player's account or misuse authentication information. The Company's fault or legal responsibilities are not transferred wholesale to you.

4. Game and advertising

The service provides puzzle play, game records, profile customization, leagues and related rewards. Features and conditions are described in the game.

Gloopals is advertising-funded and does not provide in-app purchases, paid items or paid subscriptions. Internet and network charges may apply under your agreement with your connectivity provider.

Rewarded ads grant rewards when you choose to watch and meet the conditions shown. Early termination, unavailable ads or connection problems may prevent a reward if those conditions are not met. If you meet the conditions but do not receive a reward, contact support. Interstitial and other ads may be shown in the manner presented in the game.

Advertising privacy choices are separate from choosing to watch an ad. Legally required choice and consent procedures must be preserved. External sites reached through ads have their own conditions, but this does not exclude all of the Company's legal responsibilities.

5. Stars, rewards and leagues

Stars, portraits, frames, belts and other rewards are for use within the service. Unless legitimately permitted by the Company, they cannot be exchanged for cash or traded outside it. Access to the game does not transfer ownership of the Company's intellectual property.

League periods, scoring, rankings and rewards follow the in-game explanations. During early operation with few participants, groups may include automated pacemakers. These are not actual players playing the game. This disclosure does not justify representing them as real user counts.

Duplicate rewards, errors or abusive records may be corrected to a reasonable extent after verification. Material adverse effects are accompanied by reasons and a way to appeal.

6. Prohibited conduct

1. Account theft, impersonation or violations of another person's privacy.
2. Malware, hacking or unauthorized automation that disrupts the service or gains unfair records or rewards.
3. Exploiting defects to manipulate scores, leagues or advertising rewards.
4. Using nicknames or other displayed content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.
5. Infringing intellectual property or violating applicable law.

These Terms do not categorically prohibit security research, interoperability or exercise of rights permitted by law.

7. Service changes and interruptions

The Company may change or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, incident response, security or improvements. Foreseeable interruptions are announced in advance; emergency reasons and effects are explained afterwards.

If the service ends, the schedule, available functions and handling of data are explained with regard to applicable law and player impact. Legal duties and player rights are not excluded without proper grounds.

8. Restrictions and appeals

Confirmed violations may result in warnings, record corrections or necessary restrictions proportionate to the conduct, repetition and impact. Unless immediate security action is needed, reasons and appeal information are provided. You may submit an explanation or request review through support.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in game software, characters, images, music and documents belong to the Company or the relevant lawful rights holder. You may use the game for its intended purposes but may not copy, distribute or sell protected material beyond what the law or rights holder permits.

Rights in your nickname or support submissions do not automatically transfer to the Company. Such information is processed as needed to provide the service and resolve inquiries.

10. Privacy and ending use

Personal information is handled under the separate Privacy Policy. You may stop using the game and request deletion of an anonymous account and server data by emailing loopersehelp@gmail.com. Staff process requests after necessary verification and in accordance with applicable law.

Uninstalling alone does not automatically delete the server account or records. Deleted progress and rewards may not be recoverable; later use may create a new account or records. If information must be retained by law, its scope and legal basis are explained.

11. Minors

Where a minor's contract or personal information processing requires a legal guardian's consent, applicable law governs. These Terms do not restrict cancellation, deletion or other statutory rights of minors or guardians. Content ratings and privacy-protection requirements are separate matters.

12. Liability and disputes

The Company and players are responsible under applicable law for damage attributable to them. Exclusions prohibited by law, exclusions for the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and waivers of mandatory consumer rights do not apply.

Republic of Korea law governs these Terms without excluding mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your country of residence. You may first seek help through support. Unresolved disputes may be brought to courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose a single foreign court or mandatory arbitration on every player.
