Privacy Policy

Gloopals · Effective date: September 15, 2026 · Version: 1.0

1. Scope and responsible company

주식회사 루퍼스 (LOOPERSE, “we” or “the Company”) operates Gloopals and its related support pages. This policy covers personal information processed to provide Gloopals and customer support. External advertising and linked services may have their own privacy policies; this does not automatically exclude our legal responsibilities.

An anonymous account does not mean all associated information is legally anonymous. Game login does not require your real name, email address or password. If you email support, your sender address and message are processed for support. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, identity documents or payment information.

Settings, some progress, acceptance records and authentication sessions are stored on your device. Local information is distinct from records sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing device storage does not delete server data.

3. Legal grounds and choices

Depending on applicable law, we process information on lawful grounds such as performing the service contract, complying with legal obligations and, where required, consent. Where legitimate interests are relied on, your rights and interests must also be considered. Processing requiring consent is explained separately, including its purpose, information, retention and choices.

Accepting the Terms or reviewing this policy does not constitute blanket consent to personalized advertising, marketing or international transfers requiring separate consent. Refusing optional consent must not restrict service access beyond what is necessary.

4. Information shown in leagues

Your nickname, selected portrait and frame, star score and rank may be displayed to other players in league screens. Do not use real names, phone numbers, email addresses or other information you do not want public in your nickname. Internal identifiers and authentication tokens are not treated as public profile information.

5. External services and international processing

We use Google's Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions for authentication and game records. The Gloopals database and server functions are located in the United States. Google's documentation also describes US processing for Firebase Authentication. See Firebase privacy information.

Advertising integration uses Unity LevelPlay and Google UMP for advertising privacy choices. Providers' roles depend on the purpose and contract; not all are simply processors. See Unity's advertising privacy policy.

6. Advertising and privacy settings

Gloopals is advertising-funded; the release has no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. Rewarded ads are offered when you choose to watch them. Choosing to watch an ad is not the same as consenting to personal information processing.

A separate privacy-choice screen may appear according to regional and advertising-service requirements. Use the advertising privacy settings offered in the game and your device's advertising settings. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate lawful processing that occurred before it. The actual effects of ad blocking and personalization settings depend on the service and device.

7. Retention and deletion

We delete information or make it no longer personally identifiable when its purpose is fulfilled, it is no longer needed or a lawful deletion request requires it. Where retention is legally required, we explain the legal basis and period and restrict use for other purposes.

Electronic information is deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery; any paper records are securely destroyed. Google states that removal of Firebase Authentication information from live and backup systems may take up to 180 days after deletion is requested. This is not a statement that we retain all game records for an additional 180 days. See Firebase retention information.

8. Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection or portability. Contact loopersehelp@gmail.com. We respond within applicable statutory periods and explain any legally permitted extension or refusal.

For deletion, identify Gloopals, your nickname, approximate play dates and the scope of deletion requested. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to avoid deleting another player's records. A nickname alone does not establish account ownership. Visiting this page does not automatically submit a request; you must send the email.

Staff process verified requests and review the relevant scope, including the anonymous authentication account, linked game records and identifiable copies in leagues. Progress and rewards may not be recoverable after deletion. Using the app again may create a new anonymous account or new records.

9. Children and guardians

Gloopals is not operated as a children-only app and does not request a date of birth or age range at first launch. These facts do not remove obligations to protect children. Where processing children's information requires parental consent under applicable law, those requirements must be met.

Guardians can contact support to ask about a child's information or request deletion. If processing without legally required parental consent is identified, we take the restriction, deletion or other measures required by law.

10. Security and contact

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, such as access restrictions and protection in transit, and review their operation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but applicable legal duties still apply. Security incidents are handled with the notifications, reports and other measures required by law.

You may complain to the privacy authority in your jurisdiction. Korean rights-protection information is available at the Privacy Portal.

11. Changes and regional rights

Changes and their effective dates will be announced on the relevant page. Changes requiring separate notice or consent follow those procedures. This policy does not limit mandatory rights in your country of residence. Additional regional disclosures will be provided where required.
