Approximate play dates and device used
Scope: delete your account and all associated game data, or specify particular information

If your email app does not open, copy loopersehelp@gmail.com into your preferred mail service. This page does not automatically send information.

2. Verification and deletion

Gloopals uses anonymous accounts. A registered email is not required, and a nickname alone is not enough to delete a player's data. Staff may request the minimum additional information needed to verify the request. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or identity documents.

For verified requests, staff review the anonymous authentication account, linked profile, progress, stars, leagues, rewards and identifiable league copies according to the requested scope. Applicable statutory deadlines take priority. We explain the outcome and any legally permitted extension or restriction.

3. Before requesting deletion

Uninstalling or clearing device storage does not delete server data.
Deleted progress and rewards may not be recoverable.
Using the app again after deletion may create a new account or records.
If retention is legally required, we explain the information, legal basis and period.
Google may take up to 180 days to remove residual Firebase Authentication information. This does not mean all game records are retained for 180 days.
