Account & Data Deletion

This page lets players of any game published by Looperse request deletion of their account and associated data. Your account is created through sign-in (e.g., Google / OAuth) and is stored on our authentication backend (Firebase). This request applies to your Looperse game.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  3. Your account and data are removed as described below.

Option 2 — By email

  1. Send an email to noxerlys@gmail.com.
  2. State which game (your Looperse game) and the email address or sign-in provider used for the account (and your in-game nickname, if any) so we can locate it.
  3. We process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted, kept, and for how long

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unused purchases are forfeited.

삭제 요청 방법

방법 1 — 앱에서

  1. 설정 → 계정으로 이동합니다.
  2. 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
  3. 계정과 데이터가 아래 내용대로 삭제됩니다.

방법 2 — 이메일로

  1. noxerlys@gmail.com 으로 메일을 보냅니다.
  2. 어떤 게임(이용 중인 Looperse 게임)인지와, 계정에 사용한 이메일 또는 로그인 제공자(있다면 인게임 닉네임)를 함께 적어 주세요 — 계정 확인용입니다.
  3. 30일 이내에 처리하고 회신으로 확인해 드립니다.

삭제·보관 데이터와 기간

계정 삭제는 영구적이며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 사용하지 않은 결제 항목은 소멸됩니다.
